What is new that you should know about
According to the Property Management Agreement completed by you with us at the time we first started to look after your property we need to keep you abreast of any changes that will affect you or your property from time to time. Your Property Management Agreement states that these updates can be sent to you by normal postage, email or by placing them on the company’s website. We endeavour to do all three.
We have included here newsletters and correspondence that has been sent to all landlords that may affect our agreement with you.
And we also include other information which has been sent to landlords that is more for general information and interest.
